Cancellation policy
Special dates: from 26/12/2025 to 05/01/2026
- The customer can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date.
- If you cancel within 21 days of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- The establishment may charge the total amount of the stay at any time after making the reservation.
Remaining dates
- The client must pay 100% of the amount of the stay in advance.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date.
- If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Tariff correction
Hotel Marfany reserves the right to correct any discrepancies in the rate calculated by the system. In case of a difference, the hotel will notify the client of the correct rate within a maximum of 24 hours. The client may accept the new rate or cancel the reservation.
General conditions
A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
- American Express cards are not accepted.
- All prices include 4.5% IGI.
- No pets allowed.
Schedules
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Check-out time: from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Children and cribs
- Children up to 2 years old : free when sharing a bed with their parents.
- Children aged 3 and over : adult rate applies.
- Cot (upon request and direct payment at the hotel): €18 per day.
