Skiing in Andorra

Skiing in Andorra

Andorra is the ultimate snow country. Between the Grandvalira and Vallnord ski resorts, there are over 300 km of perfectly groomed slopes for skiing and snowboarding at all levels.

Hotel Marfany, located in the center of Escaldes-Engordany, very close to the capital of the Principality, is excellently connected to both resorts thanks to the free buses that take you comfortably to the foot of the slopes.

And, if you want to go beyond skiing, in winter Andorra offers many other options: snowshoeing excursions, mushing (dog sledding), igloo building, family activities and more, to experience the snow in a thousand different ways.

Snowshoes

Snowshoes

Snowshoeing is an ideal way to discover Andorra's winter landscapes at your own pace. You can walk easily on the snow, explore forests, valleys, and viewpoints, and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. It's a simple and accessible activity for couples, families, and groups of friends, requiring no prior experience.

Ice skating

Ice skating

Ice skating is one of the most fun winter activities in Andorra. You can glide down the ice, practice tricks, play with the little ones, or simply have a great time with your partner or friends. It's a different kind of activity to complement your days in the snow, in addition to skiing.
